April 2008Not really sure why we did hesitate for such a long time before deciding to go there... I can tell you the lost Paradise has been found again in Europe. The Waters are the purest of the Mediterranean on the top of which scintillate thousands of Dalmatian islands as if they were precious jewels ... History lovers will enjoy these places, as well as Nature's ones ... From Sibenik fortified city, to Solaris village, via Krka's natural park, everyone would find something to be happy with! Mediteranean landscapes learnedly mixed up with Central Europe's ones, all the charm of Croatia resides right in here! Sibenik is a city located at the crossroads of history. Its cathedral rises proudly in front of the hundreds of small islands of the Kornati archipel, witnessing the past. Sibenik is nowadays a city definitively looking towards the future, organizing the annual international festival of Childhood.
A magnificent stones beach, nice long walks to be done along the coast, cyan blue water, what else would be needed?
Krka natural parkis one of the Croatia's natural wonder. Krka river dig spectacular cascades. The beauty of the scenaries is absolutely astonishing.
