Rayonnement Synchrotron : Rayons X de basse énergie (< 100 keV)

            Technique d’imagerie scanner quantitative par soustraction d’images temporelles ou au seuil K d’éléments lourds

Etude radiobiologique de l’effet des radiations ionisantes (implantation d’une méthode semi-automatique de comptage de clones dans des boites de Pétri);

Initiation aux dégâts moléculaires (quantification des cassures simple et double brins, cinétiques et voies de réparation)

L’ESRF m’a donné l’excellente opportunité de travailler dans une atmosphère internationale, le site du polygône scientifique étant partagé avec plusieurs grands instituts européens. La ligne médicale (ID17) est dédiée aux études des applications médicales du rayonnement synchrotron: la coronarographie par voie veineuse (protocole en cours de validation chez l’homme); scanner quantitatif (études précliniques sur un modèle de rat porteur de gliome) et plus récemment la radiothérapie (expériences in vitro).
